Vacuum furnace “PV-900” is made for thermal treatment of body parts made of titanium alloys. This furnace can be used for dehydrogenization and annealing of welded constructions made of titanium alloys.

 

Advantages of the model


Plant “PV-900” produce heating a workpiece in a vacuum to a certain temperature, holding at this temperature and cooling in vacuum and in inert gas medium.
Structurally furnace “PV-900” is designed as cylindrical shape vacuum chamber. Chamber has a back cover from one side and front cover from another. The front cover is mounted on the truck and attached to the heating chamber through pneumatic connectors.
