1. Purpose.
The plasma spraying complex "SP-40-01" with a positioning device and a small-sized chamber is designed for deposition of coatings from powder and wire materials via plasma spraying method.
Coatings are applied using a plasma jet by depositing particles of sprayed material onto the product. The formation of a coating layer of the required thickness is carried out by layer-by-layer spraying when moving the plasma torch relative to the sprayed surface.

2. Features.
The SP-40-01 complex consists of a mechanical and energy system, an automatic control system, a gas supply system and a cooling system.
