Complex "AG-45" is designed for cleaning internal surfaces of cast parts from residues of casting ceramic rods in foundries. The unit is used for processing products in a chemically active environment.

The complex is equipped with sensors, instruments and actuators to bring it into operating mode, maintain operating parameters within the required limits, create the required conditions for the effective removal of ceramic rods from castings and cooling to temperatures that allow unloading and loading of processed products.

The plant was
designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of Russian
regulatory documents on standardization and life safety, ensuring safe
operation at high temperatures and pressures in the presence of an aggressive
environment.
