Plant "DAR" is designed for degassing and refining of aluminum alloys with inert gases with the possibility of metallurgical processing of the melt with fluxes.
The principle of operation of the "DAR" plant is based on the uniform distribution of finely dispersed gas bubbles throughout the entire volume of the melt, which, when floating, bring non-metallic inclusions, oxides, slags, etc. to the surface and remove gases dissolved in the melt.
The supply of technological inert gas - argon or nitrogen - to the aluminum melt is carried out through the hollow rotor shaft. When the rotor of a special configuration rotates at a certain speed, many small bubbles are formed, which ensures the maximum effect of cleaning the melt.
