The heating post for forging blanks “PN” is intended for heating forging blanks to a temperature of 105-1100 °C by induction, one by one, with subsequent transfer of the blank manually to the press.
The post is a structure consisting of two independent workplaces. The heating table is designed to accommodate replaceable inductors for heating workpieces and is the main workplace. Included in the electrical part of TPCHT-250, a capacitor battery, a power cabinet and heating control panels are designed to power and control the heating post.
