Description

1. Purpose.
The induction heating furnace "PIN-P" is designed for soldering of collectors in an argon environment in a sealed container inside the furnace space.

2. Main components of the plant.
The "PIN-P" oven consists of the following main parts:
- Induction oven.
- Loading device.
- Control cabinet.
- Thyristor frequency converter “TPCHT-250”.
- Capacitor battery.

3. Operating principle.
The product is placed in a sealed container. Container with the product is mounted on a rod, which is rotated by an adjustable drive. A vacuum is created in the container and argon is supplied. Then the container is moved into the working space of the furnace, heated and maintained at a temperature of 1000-1100°C. After soldering is completed, the container is removed from the furnace and cooled while intensively purging the container with argon. The container rotates during the process.

4. Features of the model.
- The container is placed on a manipulator, which performs its rotation and translational movement to enter and exit the working space of furnace .
- Rotating the container makes the solder spread evenly during the soldering process.
- The manipulator moves along a rail track and is equipped with limit switches.
- Argon is supplied to the container both during soldering and until it cools completely.
- The microprocessor control system measures, regulates and maintains the soldering temperature.
- Temperature measurement is performed in all heating zones of the product.
- Temperature values in each heating zone are recorded in a file.
