Energy chains (flexible cable channels, towed cable tracks, energy tracks) are designed to protect electrical and other cables and cable assemblies, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses from twisting and kinking during their movement. The energy chain is assembled from separate blocks that are securely fixed with latches and can be of any length. Each block consists of two links and a jumper made of ABS plastic. Energy chains are easy to assemble and operate, and do not require maintenance.
Features of using energy chains:
- no twisting, stretching or kinking of cables and hoses,
- the minimum permissible bending radius of cables and hoses is ensured,
- multiple cables and hoses can be laid,
- uniform load distribution on cables and hoses,
- ease and convenience of installation and replacement,
- space saving.
